Presentation
On 16 June 2009, the “Public commercial institution for car parks and public buildings management Celje” (formerly ZPO Celje) was transformed into ZPO Celje d.o.o., a car park and public building management company (shortened name: ZPO Celje d.o.o.).
ZPO Celje d.o.o. is managed by the director, Mr. Ivan Pfeifer, BA Engineer.
The company supervisory board has five members:
- Mr. Bojan Šrot, President,
- Mr. Marko Brezigar, Member,
- Mr. Franc Filipčič, Member,
- Mr. Stane Rozman, Member and
- Mr. Janko požežnik, Member.

In accordance with the adopted acts and conclusions by the Municipality of Celje, the founder and owner, the primary activities of ZPO Celje d.o.o. are as follows:
- Public facility management
- Car park management and
- Carrying out projects
